Kavita Bindra

Kavita received her law degree from the University of Windsor (Canada) in 2002.   She is a member of the New York Bar. Kavita is a graduate of York University (Toronto, Canada) where she obtained a B.A. in Law & Society and Women Studies.   Kavita joined the firm in June 2004 as a licensed attorney.   Kavita was formerly on the executive committee of the New Jersey chapter of the South Asian Lawyers Association. Additionally, Kavita co-authors "Immigration Matters", a monthly immigration article which is published in various periodicals.  Kavita's primary area of practice is Immigration law and Canadian Immigration.
