Mahesh Rajan

Mahesh received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 2003.   He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. He also received his M.B.A. from Seton Hall in 2003.   Mahesh is a graduate of Boston University where he obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management.  

Mahesh is also a licensed mortgage banker real estate agent and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  Additionally, Mahesh was the former vice-president of the New Jersey chapter of the South Asian Lawyers Association. Mahesh joined the firm in May 2003 as a licensed attorney, but has been employed as a paralegal with the firm since September 2001.   He practices all areas of law but primarily concentrates in commercial transactions, civil litigation and family law.
